Monday Night Raw 3/29: HBK Retires

  • Leonardo
^^ The last his Wikipedia page says is that he is living in New York with his wife.

As far as the guest hosts, I think they need to be more into wrestling. I know they go outside the wrestling world to get more fans, or money to promote a movie (aka last night). I think some of the old veterans would be good hosts (Patterson, Animal, IRS, etc.).

Yeah Heyman's not in wrestling so to speak he's running a blog type thing, and getting involved in TV I believe, don't quote me though.
  • End of Line
I loved Heyman's shoot on WWE during the ECW One Night Stand in 2005.
  • heel023
Heymen was seen hanging around Brock Lesnar this past weekend @ UFC 111.

    ^^^
    Did you watch Mania/Raw?
  • heel023
    Yep, I watched both
  • Lovejoy1984
I know you're a huge HBK mark, like I am with HHH.

Figured you'd be glued in. Heck I can't wait to see the number TNA pulled as I bet they are horrible.
  • heel023
Yeah I sure was. It's going to suck watchin Raw now without HBK.
  • Lovejoy1984
Definitely. That's what I was thinking.

Last night's edition of TNA Impact did an abysmal 0.6 cable rating Spike TV. That is the lowest number the series has done in five years.

They REALLY f'd up by moving to Mondays.

Next week will be even worse.
  • heel023
TNA really should have went to 8-10. I think they would be least drawing a good number for the first hour.
  • heel023
    Raw drew a 3.7
  • Lovejoy1984
TNA is going to 8-10 next week.

But I think people are tired of Hulk Hogan for 50% of the show, and Eric Bischoff the other half.

I must admit I do enjoy watching TNA, but only for nostaglia. Love seeing the Band, and RVD.

Hogan will drive that company into the ground. And it shows with ratings like that.
  • sportswizuhrd
Hogan/Bischoff will bury it and Vince will buy it. Dirty I know, but I could see it all as a master plan of some sort.
  • End of Line
I knew once Hogan went to TNA it would be all down hill.
  • IggyPride00
Anyone who even questions why TNA is dying needs to watch this video as it is the most absurd, yet hilarious thing I have seen in a long time. It is trainwreck TV over there right now.

    .6?

    haha

    Good call Hulk

I'm gonna miss HBK.... take away one of the buys who was able to carry a match in the company, now it leaves you down to HHH, Undertaker, Edge, and sometimes Cena and Batista....

For those you haven't seen it yet, Jack Swagger cashed in Money in the Bank last night at the SD! tapings and is your new World Heavyweight Champion!!

Here is a link to a fan video of him winning: http://pwtorch.com/artman2/publish/WWE_News_3/article_40313.shtml
