    Sunbury and Galena suck balls
LJ, Get your ass up here and tell me Sunbury and Galena suck balls.:):):) Actually I'm not from either town. I went to New Albany before it was New Albany. Moved to Hilliard when they only had one high school then to Sunbury.

When you get older and have kids, you'll appreciate a safe place to raise them.:D
BWMS isn't the greatest place to send kids, trust me I know from experience. Maybe I should be the one saying "come tell me sunbury doesn't suck to my face". Did you have kids graduate from BW? Wat years?
My sons graduated 2007 and 2009. Oldest 2 time state qualifer in wrestling and youngest 4 time state qualifer ,2nd in state in wrestling last year.
Anyway your the one that called out Sunbury and Galena.

What was your deal with BWMS???????

LJ, I'll come to Westerville and tell you to your face that Sunbury doesn't suck to your face. When and where? Classics is no problem.
Ah, so they wrestled for Bowman at first and I'm not sure who took over after he left. Anyways, I graduated from BW in 2003, sister in 1993, Dad in 1969, mom in 1970, multiple uncles, aunts and cousins through the 50's, 60's, 70's 80's and 90's graduated from there. I guess that gives me a right to say what I want about the town since I'm, as you would say, "old blood"?

I'm just joking anyways, the town is good. Some offices are crooked, but that happens. Good friends with some of the town officials, people in the building dept. mainly.

BWMS had some baaaad shit going down when I went there. Lots of drugs and violence. Mazzi was a dickhead (and it's not like he is any better as superintendent) but at the same time he had problems you would never believe came with a rural middle school. When I went to BWMS I saw marijuana dealt in the school hallways and on buses, fights with weapons in the school halls (the best was the girl who's mom brought her to school so she could fight and she beat the shit out of another girl using combination locks in her hands as weapons) and knew kids who kept guns in their lockers. Yep, it was a great school!
We never had any trouble like that with our kids.(but we spent a lot of time with them). The scenerio you just described could be any middle school in Westerville or the country. That doesn't make the town or any town bad. Just doesn't make the parents good.

I'm sure you know (or your family) knows my wife and her immediate family. They've been out here 50+years.

Any, I'd still like to meet you and buy you a beer or two at Classics. Its your call LJ.

Mazzi covered things up pretty well, as I am sure you probably never knew of any problems going on at the middle school. I stayed out of trouble myself and was actually an honor roll student. Worst trouble I ever got into was someone pushed me into the creek on a science class nature hike and I beat the shit out of them. That kind of stuff happens everywhere, the drugs and guns shouldn't have been as prevalent. I remember one kid got caught with a gun because it fell out of his bookbag. When asked where he bought it he said so and so sold it to him at the 8th grade football game, when they asked him where he got it he said that so and so sold it to him during lunch in exchange for 3 dime bags. I mean it was just stuff like that day after day and Mazzi never told anyone what was going on. I know of a lawsuit that I can't really talk about because it is still ongoing and we are friend with the parents, but Mazzi made the girl show that she wasn't hiding anyting on her body. Pretty messed up. [/quote]

Probably, my mom's side has been in the Center Village area since the late 1800's

Sure, I am really only up that way for work anymore, but I would be more obliged for you to come shoot some trap or skeet sometime at the Conservation Club.

Are you related to Ryders, Pipers or Buels? We're friends with a lot of them and they have all been out here forever. By the way, we're in Center Village area also. I don't shoot skeet but my youner son loves it.
I could bring him if he is home from OU.

I live in Upper Arlington. Like the schools, the location is close to campus & downtown. You can also avoid most of the traffic in town. Grandview is also nice. Very centrally located.

Hilliard, because that is where Dicarlo's pizza is

I love living in Pickerington, but I know it's not for everyone. If I were still in my 20s and single, I would probably prefer the Arena District or Grandview.

Not related to any of them but have known the Buels and Pipers forever, also the Irwin's. My family line goes through Salser and we have a Blain married into the family. The big blue house next to Fracasso's is where my mom and her brothers' grew up. My grandpa was the town blacksmith.
