Fantasy Football Week 11

    Thought I would start this...

My RB's are completely fucking me over at the moment. Westbrook, Ronnie, and Turner are all injured so I had to pick up 3 waiver claims. Lost 2 out of the last 3 and I play the first place team.

    How are you douchers doing?

I'm 5-5, tied for the lead in my division.... I have more points overall then any other team by over 100 points, and my "all play" record puts me at first....Yet I get F'ed every week....pisses me off.

I'm eliminated from the playoffs. at 2-8 I'm the laughing stock of the league (though 1 week i had 3 guys on byes starting and forgot to check) but I'm like 5th place in points.

I'm fucked by turner, but have t. jones and j. charles on the bench (as well as K. smith) so I'm good there. If not for MSW and D. Bowe, my WR would be god aweful. oh wait they are...

I've been fucked since the draft when I took Houshmanzadeh instead of D. Jackson. I've given up on this year,

good thing is, it's a keeper league so my young studs have shown me something to look forward to.
  • McFly1955
My team is studly, which makes me ever more angry about my record...

    Brees
    Ray Rice
Pierre Thomas / Lesean McCoy / Jonathan Stewart
    Fitzgerald
    Vincent Jackson
    Austin Collie
    Antonio Gates
    Gostkowski
    Steelers D.
  • Manhattan Buckeye
Have Cedric Benson and Ronnie Brown...both may be out this week. Nice.

Fell to 6-4 and now tied for first in my division and currently have the #3 playoff seed...

Suffered a terrible loss. The Browns would allow Ray Rice to really 'breakout' and the Browns offense allowed the Ravens defense to crush my hopes of a comeback.

Ronnie Brown looks to be out and DeSean Jackson is hurt possibly as well

I'm in first, at 7-3. I play the #2 guy this week.

My team as it is set for this next week:

    QB: A. Rodgers
    WR: S. Smith (NYG)
    WR: A. Boldin
    WR: S. Rice (MIN)
    RB: J. Addai
    RB: R. Rice
    TE: B. Celek
    W/R: N. Burleson

    BN: B. Westbrook
    BN: J. Charles
    BN: P. Garcon
    BN: M. Bell
    BN: B. Favre

    K: D. Akers

    DEF: Denver

Two of my three losses came in the first two weeks, before I had my team all nailed down. I've got probably the biggest challenge this week, as the #3 guy's team is really better than the #2 guy's team (who I beat last night). Here's hoping Rodgers explodes, and Burleson doesn't lay an egg again.

Question on a trade offer I received.

    I get:
    Vernon Davis

    I give:
    Steve Slaton

Losing Slaton is pretty big for me if he ever returns to solid RB, but as of right now hes rotting on my bench (Starters are: Ryan Grant, and then a combo of Beanie, Hightower, J Stewart, Moats and Slaton).

My TE is Witten which on paper you say no way trade for a TE, but Witten has SUCKED big time.

Initially I said no. But thinking about it I thought if Beanie continues to get about 15 carries a game he will be solid. But if Slaton comes back to form Im not sure Davis will outperform Witten enough.

I'm doing fine. 8-1 in my money league and have a STACKED team with a huge lead.
    QB Rodgers, Cutler
RB C. Johnson, Gore, P. Thomas, Wells
WR Moss, D. Jackson, Smith (NY), M. Austin, D. Mason
    TE Davis
    D Saints, Broncos
    K Tynes
I was lucky enough to pick up Austin, Davis, and the Saints on the waiver.
