Taco Bell shrimp tacos

THE4RINGZHas anyone tried these yet? I can't decide if I want to or not.
-
stroupsThose things sound like they would make my insides explode. I will only try one if I am sitting on the toilet.
-
QuintThe commercials make them look delicious. . . but I don't fully trust that the Taco Bell employees with sea food.
-
gerb131Seafood and Taco Bell can't be a good blend. I will wait til I know a few who have tried them.

tuskytuffguyI've had one. Wasn't too crazy about it at all. I love shrimp, but not in a taco, ick.

mattinctownI've had a few shrimp tacos before, and they have all been pretty good. Had the Taco Bell one, one was enough.
-
bigdaddy2003They aren't bad. They are nothing special though.
-
TimberHad the fish tacos at Cheeseburger in Paradise... awesome.
I am afraid to try fast food shrimp at Taco Bell... could be scary if not handled properly. Something just seems odd about the pairing.... not sure why. -
hoops23Never buy a steak from Red Lobster.
Never buy seafood from Taco Bell.
Common sense. -

thavoiceThey re gonna see how they go through Lent to see if they catch on. Their business has to take a hit during that timeframe on fridays because they dont have many meatless options.
-
krambmanI'd buy shrimp out of the back of some guy's truck on a hot summer day before buying shrimp at Taco Bell.
-
Knite FlyerI actually thought they were very good. I've hit them about 3-4 in the past couple weeks, and that's not counting the 2-3 times that they didn't have any shrimp prepared......a process that takes 15-30 minutes.
$2.79 is high, but it's only money. -
UA5straightin2008i would definitely like to try, i LOVE seafood tacos

Do they have to go down to the Gulf and catch them first?? It takes about 5 minutes to cook shrimp.Knite Flyer wrote: I actually thought they were very good. Scarlet_FeverMark me down as another one not willing to eat shrimp from Taco Bell.

Yeah, really. 15-30 minutes for shrimp is way too long. Not that I've tried these, but the same company that owns Taco Bell also owns Long John Silvers so they have experience with seafood, shrimp included.se-alum wrote:

YtowngirlinflaEh tried it the other day. They were alright, won't waste my money again as 5.99 for 2 tacos and a drink is steep. The shrimp was like the damn baby shrimp you get out of a can.
