  You don't need to be a whiz to block proxy's but you do need to really board to try to block them all, which is impossible lol. Remember, there is always ways around when it comes to computers.

  You need to be a whiz to be familiar with enough of them to frustrate anyone.
  
  As I said, there are proxy providers out there that will send you fresh high-anon HTTP proxies every day.
