    Its a pretty interesting show and most of the things on there seem to make sense. Although i just saw one where they studied using a weighted bat vs a non weighted bat when warming up in baseball. it showed you swing slower after using a weighted bat to warm up. its interesting because i always used a donut on a bat, and just about all the MLB players do too. so just because it feels like you have a faster swing, you really dont.

    and the same thing applied to golfers who use two clubs to warm up. their study showed a big drop in yardage after using this method. although i have never tried it in golf, just feels like it would mess up my swing.
