Expansion by Big Ten/Pac Ten forcing ND's hand?

They should just combine the 6 BCS conferences into one big super conference!!

Interesting. Face it, right now programs like Northwestern and Indiana are getting more TV money than Notre Dame. The lattest #'s I saw was that the schools int he Big Ten were getting $22 each from their TV package with the Big Ten Network. That's really got to chap the hide of ND who is getting a fraction of that currently.
If a move is made and the P10 goes to 12, and the B10 gobbles up Missou, Rutgers, or Pitt, ND could be leaving a lot of money sitting on the table all in the name of pride and being a "national' team. -

They could be leaving a lot more than money on the table if conferences expand and they don't join one.
