  Wouldn't you need to be more specific than just the website?? Since that site has links to the actual document?? I'm pretty sure there is a way to document .pdf's from a website, then again I am probably wrong..lol

  There is a way to do it on word 2007. just type in some information and it automatically sites it for you.

  First of all APA papers suck. MLA=GOAT IMO.
  
  2nd of all, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have to cite the whole CBA right, just the section of it you used? that's a pretty damn lengthy document

  Used it for every paper I wrote in college after my freshman year. On a ten page paper, it saved me on average about two hours worth of work. Never got marked off for formatting.

  I just emailed tech support for the software I listed above, and they said that since you accessed the CBA online, that you should just cite it as an online resource.

  I agree with whoever said that APA sucks and MLA is the GOAT. APA is designed strictly for article being submitted to journals for publication, NOT for student papers. Have you ever looked at an actual APA manual? There's nothing in there about student papers, only articles being submitted for publication. The MLA on the other hand is all about student papers. I never understood why most professors wanted APA instead of MLA.

  American Psychological Association (APA) Style is a set of rules developed to assist reading comprehension in the social and behavioral sciences. Designed to ensure clarity of communication, the rules are designed to "move the idea forward with a minimum of distraction and a maximum of precision."
  
  So yea, it is nice to use, certainly, but it wasn't designed with only publication in mind. I mean, the rules do lend itself to professional publication, but it makes sense, IMO, for professors to also have students write using APA, depending on the field. Good practice, IMO.

  probably because most professors at most universities are pressured into publishing material all the time so that they are still being scholarly and its what they know since thats the format is has to be submitted in. I will live and die by MLA

  Most historical journals require Chicago Style, and that is what i used most often as a History/Classics major.

  I hate it. I teach Junior English at my high school, and the entire 4th quarter is dedicated to writing term papers for advanced classes. The students write in MLA format for their freshman, sophomore, and senior years, but of course I get stuck with making them write in something they are completely unfamiliar with. Not only do they hate APA, but they hate me for making them learn it.
