What I in particular said, and mean, was that today's movie-making is focusing alot more on special effects (ex: computer animation), quick flash scenes and such and it takes alot of focus off of the acting.
It's undeniably the trend, lately. Well, I mean you can deny it if you want to, I suppose...
That's the trend because people pay to watch them. People like Micheal Bay should never be allowed to lay a hand on a video camera, but the shit that he turns out makes money. My point about people over sentimentalizing things out of proportion isn't directed at you. But is defiantly true.
