I learned today...
-
ZWICK 4 PREZthat the average IQ of the general public has to be in the 60's.
-
gorocks99Story time!
-
THE4RINGZYou are giving too many people too much credit.
-
ZWICK 4 PREZI can't go in to too much detail obviously.. but good lord I was getting frustrated with peoples inability to grasp simple concepts like Probable Cause. I hope I NEVER have to stand trial and depend on these fucking morons to decide my fate.
-
THE4RINGZDefining Probable Cause in Ohio can be a little confusing. I think the phrase that throws most people for a loop is "a resonable person." That's a tough one, because they cannot relate to what that is.

El Jefe GrandeWas she at least hot?

SpeedofsandAre you saying Ohio is full of idiots ?

ZWICK 4 PREZ
it was more like 5 people and no, none were hot.. thats what made it so rough.El Jefe Grande wrote: Was she at least hot? -
2kool4skoolIt can't be easy being the smartest, best looking guy in the room no matter where you go. It's a common struggle among internet forum users.

Oh lord it's hard to be humble,ZWICK 4 PREZ wrote: that the average IQ of the general public has to be in the 60's.
When your perfect in every way,
I can't wait to look in the morror,
Cause I get better looking each day,
To know me is to love me,
I must be one hell of a man!,
Oh lord it's hard to be humble,
But I'm doing the best that I can!
I think this is the best desciption that I can come up with for Zwick.
It's got to be tough being you!!! -
TBone14Say what you want about Zwick, but he is right on this one. Go ask people who work in customer service or wait tables. A lot of people are absolute morons. It is stunning to see how dumb some people are.

power iWas this your grand jury duty zwick? My husband has you beat on the low IQ deal. He had to do it in Newark.

Con_AlmaNot being educated doesn't necessarily mean their IQ is low.

ZWICK 4 PREZ
Not being able to grasp the concept of probable cause does though.Con_Alma wrote: Not being educated doesn't necessarily mean their IQ is low. -
Sonofanump100 IQ is the mean, median and most likely the mode.
I find it odd that those with IQ above 130 can not communicate with those with IQ less than 80. -

Why would that be odd? There are significant cognitive barriers, particularly when the discussion involves fairly abstract concepts like "probable cause."Sonofanump wrote: 100 IQ is the mean, median and most likely the mode.

Mrs. FFT was called for Milwaukee Co. jury duty late last year, and her reflections were similar to Zwick's. She was knocked out of the pool because she suggested that under certain circumstances, it may be possible to think you remember something that didn't actually happen. In a room of 40 or so people, she was the only person who thought that cross-racial eyewitness identification stemming from a fleeting glance at someone far away in the middle of a rainstorm at night could possibly under any circumstances be less than 100% reliable. Amazing. Particularly for cross-racial eyewitness identification, we can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there are immense reliability issues. And yet no one other than Mrs. FFT possibly thought there might even be a concern about an error. -

I find it odd that if one possesses such ability, they should be able to find a way to communicate to someone of lesser intelligence. I don't mean explain something that is far above their ability. Probable cause is a pretty basic theory, use an example like; You saw your friend leave your garage, you go in your garage and find a beer missing, your friend probably drank your beer.fan_from_texas wrote:
