Belly35IRS… even …pay ..get back
Last year I owed the IRA …when it was all figured out (three times) $****.**
This year the blood sucker will be taking…………………………… $*****.**
YES I’m pissed ..………….. I’m going to stop working, stop earning, stop spending, stop trying to create jobs, stop reaching for more, stop investing, stop paying people, stop trying to keep the business running, stop reaching for the American Dream of Wealth and Prosperity.
At 60 years old ………….. why continue working or do anything?
Hell! I should just start taking from everyone else.
Do you …....break even…..pay……get back ….from the IRS this year? -

How did you manage such a big federal return but break even on state? Something doesn't seem right.j_crazy wrote: 8k back from federal.

redrocketOne of the joys of being self employed, I pay, every year, I pay, boy do I pay.
-
that_guyWill be paying around $4K. Made a lot of money on my company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan this year and the payroll department didn't do the withholdings associated with that properly.
I'm not too upset about it, though am a little annoyed with the payroll department. Just hope I can avoid any IRS penaltys associated with underpaying by so much throughout the year. -
