Many people do not fully understand what their bosses/managers do. I realize every job is different... yet like a college basketball coach, the 1 foot slide down the bench can be a mile. When you do make the decisions... you will know the difference.
Having said that... I want people that work for me to be great... I want them to think they can do a better job than me... and that is why I try to hire folks with strengths to offset my weaknesses. Anybody worth a hill of beans, should think they are worthy of the position (generally speaking.)
