WWE Wrestlemania XXVI 3/28

  • Eric Taylor
You can get 5th row floor seats on Ticketmaster as of this afternoon.

Right now Money In The Bank is kind of weak. Christian should be the favorite depending on who else they put in.

Pretty good card at the moment, will be interesting to see how things end up with Bret and Vince here.

Who will win the backstage war between HHH/HBK and Taker to decide who goes over at Mania?
  • krazie45
Shelton in the MIB automatically makes it great. He's good for one Holy Shit moment every year in that match.

HBK has always been my favorite wrestler and IMO the greatest and most well rounded wrestler of all time. With that said, his body has taken a beating over the years and I could very well see him wanting to end his career vs. Taker at WM. I could also see the Undertaker jobbing this match in a sign of respect to HBK for everything he's done for the WWE for the last 20+ years. I don't know how this match is going to go tbh.

    Jack Swagger qualifies for MITB

Good to see Batista finally came out of the closet.

Dave is 100 times better as a heel.

This might be the worst Money In The Bank match ever.

It really is a coin flip on the HBK-Taker Match.

I want to see Taker win and keep the streak alive, but I just dont know if Shawn's professional ego will allow him to lose this match 2 years in a row.

I wonder how long it took for Cheech & Chong to get sick of playing the 'stoner' role on everything they do.
  • GoChiefs
Awww..Zach Ryder..the next "well wishes on future endeavors" guy.
  • Eric Taylor
Next MITB match is Zack Ryder vs MVP.

If there is anybody on the roster who could use that to spring his career it's MVP.

I have thought he is a main event player for years.

    MVP in MITB

What in the world are they going to do with Triple H? They better build something fast for him.
  • krazie45
    or Orton for that matter...

I have to think there is going to be a heel turn in the Tag Team Title match tonight.

I would love to see Hunter turn heel again.

But you are right, he has nothing for WM, with the exception of the rumored match against Sheamus.
  • GoChiefs
There has been talks of a heel turn with HHH. I'd personally love to see that. He's my fav..and I've always like him more as the bad guy.

Oh please. That bullshit was a valid argument in 1997, but Shawn has done nothing that put people over since his return in 2002. He's had no problem putting over all of the young talent, as well as HHH on numerous occasions, and even Hogan.

You do realize that Taker winning means the end to HBK's career right?
  • Eric Taylor
Shawn hasnt been heel for years, but I doubt he would be willing to do it.

This is why I think Taker will when as it was reported that Michaels had asked for sometime off after 'Mania...yes..I know..I read too much internet shit.
  • Eric Taylor
Shawn is not scheduled for anything for several weeks after Mania.

That doesnt mean much, but could mean he will lose.
  • enigmaax
Taker isn't going to lose at Mania. Ever. That is his legacy more than anyting else and they aren't ever going to taint it. HBK is the opponent exactly because he is the only guy that would put some doubt in people's minds and keep them interested in a 'Taker match (against anyone else 100% of people would KNOW he's going to win as opposed to just 99%).

Triple H can be whatever he wants (face/heel) at any time and really he's the only one I think is capable of really helping establish a new top level face. Wouldn't mind at all seeing him turn heel if they use him that way (and he doesn't have to lose to put someone over).

The worst kept secret is now official.

Bret vs Vince is on the card.
  • osu45804
Well Sheamus attacks HHH after the tag team championship match.... Looks like a WM26 Match is set there
  • MANAZE
I can't wait for the HBK dvd! I hope he does lose though, he is my favorite wrestler since I was a kid but he doesn't deserve to be the one to end the streak.

If he doesn't then I don't think anyone does...

Hogan and putting over young talent don't go together very well.

I was saying that he put over young talent, he put over HHH, and he put over Hogan. I didn't mean that Hogan was a young talent. Young talent he's put over includes Cena, Jericho, Edge, Orton, Batista, etc over the course of the past 8 years. He jobbed to Hogan despite the fact that Hogan reneged on the original plan of a two match series with each winning one. He also jobbed to HHH a lot more than HHH jobbed to him.
