Lovejoy1984I'm surprised they put the belt on Batista, I could see him losing it as early as tomorrow, to maybe Sheamus or HHH somehow, as Cena/Batista doesn't need to have a belt to have some draw, where as I think HHH/Sheamus would need the title between them.

MANAZESD! Star Accidentally Catches on Fire at Elimination Chamber
by Nick Paglino
Feb 21, 2010 Several WZ readers have sent in word that The Undertaker was accidentally set on fire when he made his entrance for the Elimination Chamber Match at tonight's PPV. Below is a report from Tom Patterson:
Hi, my name is Tom Patterson and I attended the Elimination Chamber pay per view in Saint Louis and when the Undertaker was heading to the ring, something happened with his fire pyro and actually shot up right under him and briefly engulfed his trench coat and parts of him. This was the reason why he ran to the ring and I don't know how it looked on TV, but you could clearly tell he was pissed about it. Once he was in the chamber, the referee kept asking him if he was ok and handed him a couple of water bottles to pour on himself. Overall it was a great show. Hope this helps you out. -

Yeah, I really cant see Big Dave holding the title for very long. -
osu45804That's pretty crazy, Taker has a lot of pull in the WWE so someone may lose their job over this.
-
Eric TaylorI wish I could see Smackdown now because Jericho's promo's are going to be gold even more so now.
-
KnightXC1Batista will hold that belt until Mania at the least and maybe longer. He and Cena for a title will have tremendous build to it and they need that because Sheamus/HHH and Jericho/Edge will never come close to the build for Cena/Batista.
As for the PPV, it was pretty decent for the most part. Why they decided to scrap the Divas match for a worthless tag match is beyond me. Just dumb. Batista coming out and winning was excellent as was Jericho getting the World Title. Don't be so sure you are going to get HHH/Sheamus at Mania either. -
tigerballonlineBatista will probably get injured walking to the ring tonight, and that will force him losing the belt. That guy cannot stay healthy, maybe they should put him in a bubble match.

This would be worth the price of Wrestlemania alone if Vince sticks to this. -

KnightXC1I highly doubt they would put the WWE title on Bret Hart. As much as Bret as done, it would just be foolish. Let Bret beat Vince with the Sharpshooter and go out in a blaze of glory.
-
Eric Taylor^^^
He would vacate the title the next night on Raw -
KnightXC1Doesn't make it any less foolish. That's a TNA move and would lessen the value of the WWE title to a huge extent.

That'd be insane.Eric Taylor wrote: http://www.wrestling-edge.com/wwe-news/bret-hart-set-to-win-the-wwe-title-at-wrestlemania.html

enigmaaxI wouldn't mind seeing Bret get his due. I wanted them to give Flair one more token title before he was "done". The only thing I'd then like to see (because it would make sense) is the MITB winner challenge and destroy him immediately (or, I suppose, the next night on RAW).

Eric TaylorMoney In The Bank is not going to happen at Wrestlemania.
They renamed one of their PPV's Money In The Bank.
It would sure as hell be better than what they did now with putting the belt on Batista.
Come to think of it, that makes sense as to why they put the title on Batista. -

I agree with this - a Cena/Batista match would draw interest regardless and HHH/Sheamus, not so much. But, I also don't think Sheamus is a Wrestlemania headliner just yet. Cena/Batista is going to be the biggest match, title or not, and it may be kind of awkward to have the biggest match at Mania not be for the title.HighRoller74 wrote: I'm surprised they put the belt on Batista, I could see him losing it as early as tomorrow, to maybe Sheamus or HHH somehow, as Cena/Batista doesn't need to have a belt to have some draw, where as I think HHH/Sheamus would need the title between them.
Ah, hadn't seen that. Okay then, I would be a fan of Hart winning and vacating the next night if it leads to a one night 16-person tournament for the title.Eric Taylor wrote: Money In The Bank is not going to happen at Wrestlemania.

KnightXC1I would expect to see both the US and IC titles defended at Mania in multiple person matches (triple threat/fatal 4 way) in order to get more the mid card guys on the show since MITB won't happen at Mania.
-
enigmaaxApparently MITB is happening at Mania.
-
KnightXC1^^ Kind of surprising since they are having a MITB PPV later this year but whatever I guess. One of the best matches they have all year. Hopefully the lineup looks something like Christian, Kofi, MVP, Bourne, Morrison, Swagger, and Miz. Would be stellar!

MANAZEMoney in the Bank is an awesome match. I remember at WM24 (I'm pretty sure its the right year) when Shelton Benjamin took a huge bump. I'll see if I can find it on youtube.
