Why don't you just ask in the youtube comments?
  • slide22
Don't know... looks like virtually no recoil.

And that guy is a boss.

I already got the comments from you tube. I thought I would ask the huddle to see if anyone owned one of these to get their opinion. Apparently you don't own one.

No, and I really REALLY doubt anyone here does.

    I have a 391 Urika.

What do you want to know?

It's a great gun and the best semi auto sporting gun I have ever used. What do you want to use it for?

You forgot the guy that was a professional Jr sporting clays shooter posts here.
  • dlazz
I thought he was asking about the clay-shooter thing. Not the gun.

Regardless, I would have had the same response either way.

    Also, cocks.

My questions are how easy is it to maintain, balance, accuracy, and quality for the money.

I want to use it to duck hunt on Lake Okeechobee, an also for dove hunting.

I'd go with a Benelli for waterfowl hunting. The Beretta's are temperamental when they get dirty. The balance is great though but I have a swing weight on mine.

Sorry, I should have made the thread title clearer.

Does the Beretta tend to jamb in dirty conditions?

Yep. The Benelli's on the other hand, you can basically throw them in the mud and pick it up and it will fire.

    Just get an AK-47.

He wants to shoot ducks in Florida, not dealers in Youngstown. :P

He can put a red-dot sight on that and snipe with it, and then still get the close-kills.

I've seen it in Call of Duty so it's true.

The same Idea as the Glock...that is one of the answers I was looking for, thanks

Basically. Duck Commander loves the new Benelli shotguns. Of course they are sponsored by Benelli, but that's all they use.

I changed my mind, I would rather hunt the dlazz avatar with my S&W 500
  • said_aouita
I'm willing to bet he also loads his own shells, which also helps with less recoil.

The 391's gas system makes the gun virtually recoiless.

How is the Benelli recoill compared to the 391?
  • LJ
Well Benelli uses an inertia system so it's a bit more, but it's still less than a heavy O/U. That inertia system is basically what makes the gun operate flawlessly, but the gas in the Beretta is what makes it so fast.
  • Bio-Hazzzzard
    Good stuff here LJ.

You're not trying to get tenure anywhere? It can't be a Duck gun, too, many shells. I haven't hunted Duck lately, but isn't there a limit on shell capacity. You could use it for dove. Aim straight the first time and you'll only need 1 shell.
