I'm trying to rent a facility and they have a web page that says it costs $300 for two hours and it gives the two hour blocks that it's available.
On the same site they have another page that says it costs $500 for two hours and gives different blocks of time.
I called to rent the space and they said that both pages are wrong and directed me to a third web page on the same site with different blocks of time. The last web page has an hour in between each block. I want it during that hour and they told me I could rent two separate two hour blocks and have it for the middle hour two, but that makes it $1000.
I emailed them and told them that's false advertising and I want the space for $300/2 hours at the original times. Do I have any leverage here? My next step is to threaten to contact the BBB, but I'm not 100% sure. I'm thinking about just looking somewhere else, but I really like this space. (Not $1000 like, but I do like it.)
