4cards...When you coach your own kid, people always feel that they start at a position (baseball) becuase their the managers son. Sometimes, it's because they work hard & I put the extra time into helping him get better. Now why I'm proud.
Not many 10 year olds play up to little league ( usually 11 & 12yr olds) but he was a very good 10yr old. In the first game I started him at 2nd base and I knew "some" parents felt he shouldn't have been out there because of his age. In the first inning he turned all 3 balls hit to him into outs that were hard enough to take off the glove of an adult, but he made 3 great plays look very routine. After they came off the field, one parent came over to me and said " I can see why you put HIM out there". I was never more proud of him up to that point. -

power iWatching my first child graduate from college. This seems kinda trivial, but I was also very proud of her when she bought her new car all by herself. I guess just knowing we have shown her the right way to do things. (Too bad it was a Toyota )

THE4RINGZI would probably say the birth of my first child. I was adopted as a child so I never knew anyone that was blood related to me until he was born. Now that he is older, he is just like me. Poor kid.
