  You can dislike them all you want, but they are extremely talented. Dave is a very good rhythmic guitarist, but better known for his lyrics. But it is safe to say he is the least talented musician in the group.

  I don't listen to obscure soul/R&B. I listen to Steely Dan as my jazz from time to time. But I do love popular folk(dylan) but I also like unknown people.

  As for DMB, I like some of their songs, but overall I'm not a fan. I enjoy some of Nickleback's stuff too. Hinder makes me want to kick babies.

  I find it funny that people are writing off all American Idol participants. My guess is that you're doing it simply because they were on AI. It's very possible however that some of them would have been discovered anyway and some of you would be fans if they were discovered the "traditional" way.
  
  Now for my list:
  
  Nickelback or any "fake" rock band
  Anything country, especially Taylor Swift, Rascal Flats, and other "crossover" country artists
  All cookie-cutter rap/hip-hop
  Coldplay - if I want to listen to U2 I'll listen to U2
  Stevie Nicks, Macy Gray, Fantasia Barrino - I'm unsure how anyone likes their voices

  This statement would have been correct if you replace Ke$ha with Lady Gaga. Every time she comes on the radio I want to drive into a tree and end my life. Her music is repetitive and unoriginal, she lacks any real talent in her music, and she is a self-important-attention-whore-spectacle anytime she's in public. She's the reason most of the rest of the world hates America.
