Waiting to wake up from this dream

  • Chesapeake
    Get this..

People know that JJ Huddle always changes when things get halfway normal and people are happy.

So it wasn't a surprise to wake up and have a pm from Matt Natali saying things were changing again but to keep quiet for the time being.

Said they were gonna start charging 1.00 per month and that I was his grandpa.

I said to myself.. Chesapeake, here we go again!

Then I start seeing posts mentioning Freehuddle.com which I overlook at first, yeah right, ya know?

Then I start getting curious and decide to type in the web address just to see if it is available and up came this website that had all these JJ Huddle usernames blowing it up.

I slap myself in the head one good time then look again and improvements are being made each time I refresh the page.

Then I notice Justincredible is the Administrator and put all of this together within 2 hours of everyone finding out.

I then started posting figuring what the hell then I got banned.

I had another name and continued to post and witness some badassed forums.

A few days later my original name was returned.

The site just kept getting better and better then that Zwick_4_Prez guy showed up saying he was there to do hoodrat stuff wit his friends.

    It's all been pretty hilarious.

I'd like to think I have been awake this whole time but i'm sure it's too good to be true.

Wait till I wake up and tell Justin about this dream.

FYI, if people feel the need to touch up that pic (and I know you all do)... the one on the left is AAF, we know who the ass in the middle is, the one one on the right is Buckeye Bill (he's cool, if you make fun of him you are just a bad person)

I assure you that I will touch up this picture tomorrow, while I am at work, doing nothing. :)

    Cool story bro. :)
  • ernest_t_bass
Where did you get that original pic?
  • Curly J
I know Buckeye Bill was a Moderator over there. I still don't recall seeing on the threads that much. Maybe I wasn't on the threads he 'Moded'.
  • osu99
so one of the pics that was posted on the day i got banned was of three old dudes in three way blowing each other. we were trying to ID the guys in the pictures and it looks like it could have been these three. lol

AAF just needs a fanny pack in that pic, and he would be complete!
  • hoops23

He was a big Steubenville fan who really didn't appear anywhere but their threads after the site started getting big. I think his "mod" status was more honorary than anything after a while. I also remember that either he or his wife had health problems at one time because I saw threads dedicated to that. That probably took away from his internet time, too.

Buckeye_Bill is well respected, please don't post bad about him.

His wife passed away last year I believe.

He does have the Bo Duke thing going, huh? :D

I wasn't going to posts anything bad about him. Never had any reason to. Now that you explaied he was in the Stubenville threads I know why I never saw him. I didn't know Stubenville even existed prior to joining there. Like they would know the even smaller town I went to school in.

I wasn't trying to. That's why I edited to post the health problem couple of sentences to help explain why he wasn't there. He was one of the mods I thought was a good guy. He constantly preached about being friendly to each other on the boards but never came off as "holier than thou" about it, which I really respected. Didn't know his wife died. That's sad.

After your post, I looked at mine again and think I came off sounding harsh when I was just attempting to provide a "just the facts" definition of his status on the site. That wasn't my intent -- there are a lot of people with status/power there I think suck, but he's never been in that boat.

This might be a nice addition to the disney villain thread :D

If JJ is a ginger I'm going to throw up.

Is that a rug AAF is wearing, or just a bad "do"? Either way, bad choice.

It's one thing to criticize JJ Huddle management for making STUPID, STUPID business decisions, but it's another to initiate personal attacks

The one thing that will help FREEHuddle.com gain some recognition, growth, and a modicum of respectability is if we all decide to stay reasonable.

Have all the fun you want dissing PayPayHuddle, but personal attacks from this site will end up making us all look like idiots and probably derail this thing in the long-run.

    Just my humble opine!

Believer is absolutely correct and I think we should all follow his wise advice. There are those who are still wavering and aren't positive what their final decision in this matter will be. If we exhibit class, it will bring the "modicum of respectability" that Believer is talking about.
