Blossom Amp Question

bases_loadedHow good are the lawn seats? I am looking at the Mega Ticket promotion right now and lawn seats are only $150...Pavillion are $475. I have been to Burgettstown and the view from the Lawn was pretty good but never been to Blossom.

Free_is_betterI went to a concert there last year and got lawn seats for $20. I thought for the price you couldn't have better seats. I took a blanket and layed on the ground instead of in an uncomfy chair. They have quite a few large speakers set up facing the lawn so you can still feel the bass and it is plenty loud enough.

Swamp FoxWe haven't been there in years but when we went we saw Peter, Paul, and Mary and the view was terrific, the concert was outstanding, and the venue for a concert was one of the best we have ever seen. Oh...and the weather that Summer night was wonderful. A perfect event in every way.

The EqualizerI don't know about the seats but the hats are to die for.

RedRider1Heard this on the radio....how many concerts is this for? If I lived close, it might be worth it....but that's 6 parking fees and 6 (likely) bills for food/drink. You're probably doubling the price of a ticket for what you'd spend on food/parking.

...even including the traffic getting out of the parking lot? -
bases_loaded7 Concerts - Montgomery Gentry, Sugarland, Brad Paisley, Toby Keith, Brooks and Dunn(last tour together), Rascal Flats, and Tim McGraw, also at Post Gazette(PA) and River Bend(KY)

cbus4lifeI wouldn't pay $1 to see any of those acts.

4cards... I have sat on the lawn many times there and as long as you're there early to get mid-way up the hill and in the center, you'll enjoy the concert. Being on either end or down too low sucks ...IMO, but some people like being closer.
