Hey Belly35 I know what you mean I have a "pistol" that needs to be cleaned out to LOL!Belly35 wrote: 7 to 8 Inches of snow is not that big of a deal …….
But the idea of using it as an excuse to do nothing is a nice thought.
So what are you doing or preparing to do if you do get snowed in?
I’m heading to the grocery later to pick up stuff to do some great grommet cooking (thinking Cajun Gumbo or Stuffed Pork Chops), make some homemade chicken soup and lots of appetizer for the Supper Bowl. (I enjoy cooking)
Clean my pistols, clear out the basement a little, finish putting away some of the Christmas stuff, finish the baseboard in the sun room, clean the dogs ears, could wax the hardwood floors (to much work), change the oil in my jeep……Ok week end planned. Call the guy to scrap my driveway.

LOL Thank for reminding me ... Honey I'm home -

Not doing anything but maybe wake up a little earlier to blow snow.
It's Ohio. I've seen this stuff before and as far as freaking out and stocking the pantry like a super walmart, if I can't survive 1 or 2 days with what we have on hand, it's time to rethink how we buy groceries. -

I know what you mean. I had to pick up a couple things today, so I swung into my town's Krogers this afternoon. It was a great time... I pull into the parking lot and am like WTF?!?!? I did get lucky as hell, though. The U-Scan lines were reasonably clear, so I only had to wait a little bit. Every regular line was open (which never happens) and they all were 5-6 deep.Eric Taylor wrote: The grocery stores were packed last night from Marion to Columbus.
Left for the Blue Jackets game around 5 and every single one I passed on the way down was filled to capacity in the parking lot.
In fact there was a Giant Eagle in Columbus where people were waiting in the street to turn into the paring lot.
