NNNMine's the ultimate fusion. Great quality meat, dry rub it, then smother with a vinegar and mustard sauce.

Swamp FoxEvery year my wife and i attend the "rib-off" at the Lucas County Recreation Center and they bring in 10-12 of the top ribs outfits in the area and the pulled pork sandwiches are fantastic.There are an interesting variety of ribs and sauces but I can't say that I have a favorite style...I like 'em all. If I had to pick, I prefer a lot of sauce and the hotter, the better.
