What helps you stay awake?
-
O-TrapI'm up late tonight/this morning. I'm just filling out applications before I head to bed, but I gotta be honest. I'm dragging ... big time.
What do you guys use to keep yourself awake? I could use some advice on the subject from the FH expert panel. -

THE4RINGZDrink a cup of coffee or a soda with caffeine in it when you are about to drop over. Right after drinking the beverage go lay down for 20 minutes, rest or sleep but don't go past 20 minutes. While you are resting the caffiene gets into your sysyem, once you get up you are recharged.
I saw this trick is often used by medical school residents who need to work 24 hour plus shifts. Give it a shot. -

this is a legit answer... anything past 20 mins and your body thinks it is going to get "real" sleep and then you just end up making yourself more tired... never tried the soda right before it though..hmmm makes sense thoTHE4RINGZ wrote: Drink a cup of coffee or a soda with caffeine in it when you are about to drop over.
