Please tell me you're joking. That looks like it came off the rack at Walmart.
Why would I be joking, I think they are sharp!!!!
Don't take it personal, she probably thinks this is the greatest....and yes I picked HIM just for you Fab.
While I do LOVE the Browns uniforms, I can't endorse this post because of your choice of player. What about my main man Phil D?

He would look better in this:

Ew I just threw up a little in my mouth.

Plus I'd cry myself to sleep every night if Phil D ever left. And just for Mantooth.."I need Phil D inside me immediately". Hahaha.

Wow....I went with the Yankee home uni's, but I see some of my other favorites....ND and the Blackhawks were also mentioned.
As for the Buckeyes...I much prefer their scarlet uniforms.

I know I'm prejudiced, but it really is hard to beat TOSU's home scarlet - especially before the most recent tweak.

The Denver Bronco's old Orange Crush uni's were right up there, too (sorry about that, Browns fans).

    how about some vintage soccer
    Johan Cruyff.....classic Barca F.C.
    before sponsorships became the focus

within the decade, I bet you will see the same thing in the NFL...the Kansas City Chiefs sponsored by Burger King

You'll see it in hockey and baseball decades before you will in football. The NFL makes WAY more money than any other league. They can afford to not sell out like that.

I think it will appear in every major sport....including football in this decade.
and I agree, it is "hokey".

the Vikings are already playing in Mall of America stadium...it is not that big of stretch to get a sponsor patch from Armour All.

Most teams don't own their own stadiums. Usually the stadium is owned by the city/county or another private group, not the team owner. That is why a lot of stadiums have sponsored names. But it's a big leap to go from a stadium with a sponsored name to a team with a sponsored name.

There's also a big difference from having a small sponsorship patch and a team being renamed for a sponsor or having the sponsors name prominently featured like soccer does. Also, the Bears actually tried this a few years ago with Bank One and it got nixed.

NFL practice jerseys have already been given approval to feature sponsor logos.
The Sunday duds won't be far behind...though I agree it will likely be a strategically placed patch rather than a jersey wide design.

The Lions throwbacks are just awesome in my humble opinion.

The old school Chargers are the best.

I'm not on board with UNC, since they have changed their uni's over the years.
