I am fairly close to Tipp City. It appears to be a very decent small city. Close enough to Dayton to be convenient and far enough away from the crime. Rent and Housing is a bit higher due than other small towns in the area. The downtown area has some really cool shops and has an old time feel. Other cities close by are Troy, Vandalia. West Milton is not too far away either and is well off the beaten path.

There, not their. Dont spell like that on your job application.

Tinker, I live 3 miles from Tipp and 3 miles from Troy. Tipp has a very nice community, probably the richest community in Northern Dayton. Top notch school district. Great location in regards to getting other places.

10 minutes to Dayton, 45-50 minutes to Cincy and 1:15 to C-Bus. Hinders has the best wings in Ohio. They have on of the top 10 churches in the US in Gingamsburg.

Where are you taking a job at?
I'm applying for a job with the City down there and I was curious about the area. I've been to Tipp City before and was impressed with it quite a bit. I'm not sure if I'll get the job but I have the license they're looking for and looking to move out of Northwest ohio.

If you are going to work for the city. It's a great gig. I know several people that work for them, and they seem to get along well together and enjoy thier work.

There is a problem with the townsfolk though. They have a general disdain for the people that work for the city.

Tipp City is really a nice city. I've gone there quite a few times for sporting events...and they have this wing place right off of 75 that is out of this world. DA will know the name.

Anyway...it reminds me a lot of my old hometown back in Illinois. Not too large, not too small. Clean, nice housing, good schools, good athletics...

    Just my 2 cents.

Hinders......Love their Butt-warmer wings but their draught beer is typically not so cold and that annoys the heck out of me.

Do you think they have a chance to win the National Championship this year? Any big recruits coming in next year? Do you think they'll have some folks leave early for the pros?

Where does one find the current church rating polls?

I really hope I can get this job with Tipp City because thing's are going from bad to worse in the area where i'm from. It's not bad enough that the county unemployment rate is 17% but one of the few remaining large employer's announced today that they are closing! 150 people out of work in an area that's allready on death's door economy wise.

I have a great paying job that's secure but I just don't want to live in a wasteland and the tipp city area seem's very nice and it's certainly a place where I could start and raise a family.

Tipp City is okay if you like getting stopped at fifty stoplights as you pass through.
