  To make matters worse she didn't even win enough cash to pay for her own funeral. Hopefully she had life insurance.

  Since there wasn't any chargers pending(for the driver) I am guessing she was drunk. Since she was leaving a bar after celebrating her winnings.

  She didn't make it very far from the bar. Maybe she stumbled into the path of an oncoming car. Either way it sucks for the lottery winner, her family, and the driver of the car.
