    Buffalo Chicken dip

    2 bricks of cream cheese or so...
    equal parts of Ranch and Bleu Cheese Dressing
    add 2 of those short cans of shredded chicken
    put in a little crock pot and dump in the Frank's Hot Sauce, go big on this.
    let it cook for awhile.....til it is well mixed

    serve with crackers and/or celery.

    Smoky Texas Stew
    (3-quart crockpot; Cook Time: High for 4-5 hours or Low for 8-10 hours)

    1.5 lbs. lean beef stew meat chunks
    1 cup bottled salsa*
    1 cup barbecue sauce*
    1 1.25-ounce packet taco seasoning mix
    1 cup diced green pepper
    1 cup diced red pepper
    1/2 cup diced carrots
    1/2 cup diced onion
    2 cups frozen corn kernels
    1 15-ounce can chickpeas/garbanzo beans (rinsed)
    1 15-ounce can black beans (rinsed)
    1/2 cup finely-chopped fresh cilantro
    Black pepper (to taste - optional)

    *NOTE: The salsa and barbeque sauce reduce to provide the base for the stew. Different brands, flavors, and levels of spiciness will produce variations in taste. For an "everyone-friendly" batch, I prepare it using a chunky mild salsa and Famous Dave's Original Rich and Sassy barbeque sauce.

    1. Use taco seasoning as a rub to season the stew meat by hand, then add to crockpot.
    2. Add the salsa, barbeque sauce, and frozen corn to crockpot and cover. Cook at desired heat setting using the time guidelines above.
    3. Dice the green pepper, red pepper, carrots, onion, and chop the cilantro. Mix in a bowl or Ziploc bag and set aside in refrigerator.
    4. Several hours prior to serving, add mixture of prepared veggies and cilantro to crockpot, allowing sufficient time for softening. Rinse the cans of chickpeas/garbanzo beans and black beans and add them at this time, as well. Stir until mixed throughout.
    5. Re-cover crockpot for the duration of cooktime, stirring occasionally.
    6. Optionally, add black pepper to taste.
    7. Serve and enjoy!

    That sounds UNBELIEVEABLE. I'm going to have to try this, I have everything except the blue cheese, I might make it without it since I don't like it.

    That sounds UNBELIEVEABLE. I'm going to have to try this, I have everything except the blue cheese, I might make it without it since I don't like it.
    I've had something like this, but it also had cheddar cheese melted on top.

    chili,so hot it melts the paint off a car

    2lbs ground beef
    2 packs of mc cormics hot chili mix
    5 habenero peppers sliced up
    32 oz of tomato sauce
    1 can of dark kidney beans
    1 tbsp cayenne papper
    1/2 tbsp of ground bhut jolokia pepper

    brown the meat, then combine all the ingredients in a crock pot. cook it slow and low.


    its hotter than hell but it still has a great taste to it

    I can feel the burn just from reading what type of pepper is being used.

    Baby Back ribs
    1 rack ribs, cut into 3 pieces
    boil for 45 min in water container 1 onion and lots of hot sauce
    After boiling, seal in double layer foil with the onions and a mix of hot sauce, 7up and duck sauce
    Bake at 350 for 1hr.
    Pull out of the oven, cover with duck sauce, and grill until brown.
    Extra work but well worth it

    Buffalo Chicken Dip

    -Cook a bunch of chicken breast in a can/bottle of beer in a crock pot for about 8+ hours until the chicken starts to fall apart (we usually put it in at night when going to bed, then it's ready in the morning)
    -Drain liquids and empty chicken into a bowl
    -Shred chicken with a fork (until it is all shredded fine) and put back into crock pot
    -Add 2 large bags shredded cheddar cheese
    -Add 1 large bottle ranch dressing
    -Add 1 bottle Hooters buffalo hot sauce
    -Mix, warm, and adjust to taste
    -Serve with tortilla chips

    I found this recipe on a trip to New Orleans, it's awesome with french bread.

    New Orleans BBQ Shrimp

    5-6 lbs Large shrimp, unpeeled with heads on. (you can use peeled shrimp if you like)
    4 bay leaves
    1 tsp Black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 lb butter
    3/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    2 tbsp cajun seasoning
    6 tsp rosemary leaves
    3/4 cup lemon juice

    Place shrimp in a large baking dish, no more than two layers high. Put the bay leaves under the layers of shrimp. sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Add cayenne and mix well. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add olive oil, garlic, cajun seasoning, rosemary, and lemon juice to the butter. Mix the butter mixture well and pour over the shrimp. Bake @ 350 for about 30 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes and serve.

    Not even close! Habernos have a scoville units (how the 'heat' is measured in peppers) of between 100,000 and 300,000...where as the 'Ghost' chili is measured at about 1,000,000 scoville units. I've had some chili that was made with a ghost chili powder..there was not even a teaspoon of this powder in the chili and it was still torture trying to eat it. I took about 3 bites..I couldn't eat anymore of it.

    One block velveeta
    One tube of bob evans spicy italian sausage
    One can of cambells cream of mushroom soup

    brown the sausage, put the cheese in a crock pot, and add the soup...that's it. Let it sit for about 30 mins before serving...you can put this shit on eggs, crackers, anything...it's the GOAT.

    He was referring to the bhut jolokia pepper.

    1 tsp Ground Mustard
    1/4 tsp Rosemary
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

    Mix and rub on steaks right before grilling.

    Where they grow them, they have to keep all other peppers at least at a 1 mile radius away so as not to contaminate or cross.

    2 slices of bread(whole wheat works)
    Slice of cheese(doesn't matter for this recipe)
    Some type of meat(turkey, roast beef, ham)
    A wife(or gf, or woman in general)

    Step 1: Tell woman to make you a SAMMICH.
    Step 2: Eat

    Chicken Tortilla Soup

    3 chicken breasts
    2 cans of tomatoes
    1 can of corn
    1 carn of black beans
    1 can of pinto beans
    1 packet Hidden Valley ranch mix
    Cheese
    torilla chips
    sour cream

    Put corn, beans and tomatoes into crock pot(entire can, water and all)
    Cook and cut chicken
    place chicken and ranch packet into crock pot
    Let cook for another 35 mins

    Serve and top with torilla chips, sour cream and cheese
