Who Has the WORST Service?
-
ernest_t_bassI went to Burger King today, and it was SLOW. REAL slow. The drive-thru line was long, so I went inside. That was even worse! The employees were terrible, the girl running the register was clueless.
So, which major chain has the worst/slowest service? Service can include timeliness, friendliness, getting order right, etc.
Taco Bell
Burger King
McDonalds
Arby's
Wendy's
Rally's -
UA5straightin2008mcdonalds ALWAYS get my order wrong
i usually as for no pickle or onion, but i always get pickle and onion -
gutHmmmm....tough one.
Can't really speak to Rally's or Arby's, but Wendy's seems to be consistently the fastest drive thru.
Taco Bell you usually have to remember to ask for hot sauce, so points off there. McDonald's seems to be the first place every clueless idiot thinks to apply to and is the place most likely to mess up even simple orders. -
rookie_j70taco bell. i ask for a handful of hot sauce. i open my bag and there is 3 packs in there. 3 is not a handful 47 packs is a handful

BRFEh.....I guess this one is pretty good, ernest_t!
I've found that when you "go inside" because you think it might be quicker, it usually ends up biting you. -
sleeperI picked other.
Your mom is the worst I've ever had. -
justincredibleI've had more bad service experiences at Burger King than anywhere else. I really like BK, though.

Their double cheeseburgers are unbelievable. I could have walked out, but I waited 15 minutes inside (2 people in line) for the delicious things.justincredible wrote: I've had more bad service experiences at Burger King than anywhere else. I really like BK, though. -

Agreed. At $1 they are the best value on the planet.ernest_t_bass wrote:

cat_loverBurger King is my favorite but their service is slow. The one in Heath is real slow but the one in Newark is just slow.
-
ts1227Generally I give places the benefit of the doubt, because a) a lot of times there is a reason beyond their control the service may not be expected and b) petty things like waiting or a simple honest mistake on fast food aren't worth getting fired up about. I mean, are you really going to be that guy who blows up at a fast food place? You lead a miserable life if you insist upon being that guy.
That being said, the BK back home is pretty bad. -
slide22White Castle for me for sure.

ZWICK 4 PREZany fast food place in the south.

darbypitcher22Taco Bell fucks my shit up a lot

Curly JSince 'Other' is not an option (Steak N Shake) I'll say Taco Bell.
The Wife and I had a bad expierence there years ago (2005). We got there right when they were getting ready to close the dining area and we were going to get an order to go. The assistant manager, wearing her Taco Bell shirt, pajama bottoms, and fuzzy slippers, told one of the employees as soon as you are done with THOSE people lock the door. It didn't sit well with The Wife, who has many years expierence in Food/Retail Management, and questioned why are we THOSE people ??? What we are no longer Customers ??? Is that the way you refer to all of your Customers ??? The Asst Mgr copped an attitude. She couldn't/wouldn't explain or apologize. In fact as were left and getting in our car she yelled "Go to White Castle". Needless to say that's what we did over the next 4 years. When a 'Taco' crave hit we ended up going to White Castle instead, unless The Wife made the Tacos at home.
We finally started going back last year once they moved and we found out it was under different ownership. The service has gotten better, but they did forget The Wife's Nachos the other night in the drive thru. -

I didn't want to include slower "fast food" places, b/c I wanted to stick to the BIG chains, that are SUPPOSED to be fast.
Steak N Shake, Fazolis, places like that... they have a drive thru, but I never expect lightning fast service from them. -

So....check the bag before you drive off, after all, you are only ordering for yourself. Right?darbypitcher22 wrote: Taco Bell fucks my shit up a lot
Wait till you have a family and see how bad they mess your order up!! -

Gotcha Ernest T, but I had to fix your post.ernest_t_bass wrote:

Steak N Shake, Fazolis, places like that... they have a drive thru, but I never expect ANY service from them. -
darbypitcher22I would check the bag but I'd rather not pull into a space and take 10 minutes unwrapping everything to check it

Trueblue23Here in WCH, it's Taco bell and it's not even close.
I think you have to be legally retarded to work there. -

I was once told by the KFC in Cadiz that "We're out of chicken" on one occasion, but you gots to know that McDonalds in Wintersville is, by far, the worst service around. Long lines, long wait, food ALWAYS wrong.MANAZE wrote: KFC is a 50/50 shot here in Steubenville. I've gotten chicken with out any skin on it! wtf kfc!
On a more positive note, the Dominos in Steubenville has the absolute best customer service since they made the change.
