Idiots Select C-Bus Casino Site

  Obviously Penn Natl has a corral of chimpanzees working in their Site Acquisition Dept. The former Delphi Plant on the Westside has been selected as the location. After about 6 mos. of folks stopping in just to see the place, this will turn into a seedy, trailer - trash filled dump like everything else out there.
