Basically, the guy is the sole owner of land believed to be valued at excess of $5 billion, yet he won't sell it, because it is Aboriginal land that has belonged to his family and people for centuries. -
O-TrapI could do it, I think.
-
wes_mantoothnope. I would sell to the highest bidder. I could do a lot for my family with that much green.
-
CenterBHSFanI would sell the outter ring of land that is worth about 1 billion.
-
Laley23His ancestors would be pissed he wasnt selling it!
-

Agreed. I mean, whether or not I could do it depends on factors in my life, like how badly I needed the money, etc. But, I really respect this guy off of this.Mr. 300 wrote: Gotta admire what he feels is his tribute to his family, and the true meaning of the untouched and undeveloped area.
"Lee has no need for a fleet of yachts, his own island, or any other trappings of the decadent life. His desire is simply to preserve the legacy of his ancestral tribe.
So instead of selling Koongarra to a mining company, Lee plans to incorporate his homeland into Kakadu National Park, where “it will be protected and safe forever" -
tcby99hard decisions....

Tiger2003I'd keep it because they will come back with more money on the table....

gutTake him on an amazing yacht trip to Vegas. Put him up in the Penthouse Suite of the Bellagio and fill it with hookers and coke. Bet he sells the next day
-
ernest_t_bassSad thing is, your future generations will end up selling it because, even though they aren't born yet, they're pricks. Sell it now.
