Mr. 300Ruth Chris in Vegas was wonderful. Also stopped at one in Baton Rouge. Best steaks I've had. On our honeymoon we ate at a joint in Orlando called the Butcher Block. Great steaks that you could prepare yourself. A real cool place. Had the best sauteed mushrooms in garlic butter, served in a bucket.

Seriously, my favorite is the NY Strip at Shaw's in Lancaster. Surprisingly good for a town where it is tough to find a non-tough steak. Also, I did have an excellent filet at the Quadrangle Club on the campus of the University of Chicago. -
