The Best I've had is the sirloin marsala at Carabba's...Probably not as good as others have listed but I sure enjoyed it.

    Mancy's Steakhouse - Toledo
  • queencitybuckeye
As annoying as I find Emeril, Delmonico in Vegas.

The best steak might have been the porterhouse I had the first time I went to Mortons. Ruth's Chris and Mancy's filet are also right up there.

    Mortons.

Ruth Chris in Vegas was wonderful. Also stopped at one in Baton Rouge. Best steaks I've had. On our honeymoon we ate at a joint in Orlando called the Butcher Block. Great steaks that you could prepare yourself. A real cool place. Had the best sauteed mushrooms in garlic butter, served in a bucket.

Hyde Park - filet hands down

Just had a filet Saturday at the Ocean Club at Easton and wasn't quite as good as Hyde Park.

    Ummm, Golden Corral you losers!

Seriously, my favorite is the NY Strip at Shaw's in Lancaster. Surprisingly good for a town where it is tough to find a non-tough steak. Also, I did have an excellent filet at the Quadrangle Club on the campus of the University of Chicago.
