  I like my flimsy. I think you get more taste out of it. When its all burnt and crispy, it just tastes like charcoal.

  But really, i like it flimsy with some crisp around the edges. More or less a 75:25 flimsy/crispy ratio.

  Actually, not really, I can only eat Turkey Bacon, so it's kind of hard to get that crispy without it losing all of it's flavor.
