I was jogging in Hampton Virginia about 1 mile from Langley AFB. Ran on a sidewalk that was behind a Jr. High school. A gang of about 10 teens and young adults came at me. While they were beating me they were saying they hate white people and I wasnt allowed to run there. I regained consciousness about an hour later & made my way back home. I lost consciousness again while driving to the hospital. Woke up in an ambulance. Spent a few days in a hospital bed.MANAZE wrote: Do you really hate a person because of their color?

As for Oprah;
I'm not a fan of hers, let me just start off by getting that out of the way.
But her charity work is her own. She has earned her money and can spend/donate it however she wishes. She doesn't have to be equatious. She has the right to pick and choose who she gives money or opportunities to.
Period.
I have no problems with what she does. At least she's giving when she doesn't have to. -

ANY organization (black, white, or otherwise) that uses skin color as a basis for its existence is at least covertly racist including "acceptable" mainstream ones like the NAACP, the Congressional Black Caucus, etc.
The only reason these organizations don't get called out on it is because - ironically - the accusers don't won't to be labeled as being racist.
Suffice to say racism exists and always will. Fortunately it can be suppressed over time via education and natural blending of cultures.
The day supposed "legit" organizations based on race like the NAACP are obsolete and the day illegitimate radical organizations like the KKK, neo-Nazis, the Black Panthers, black separatism, white supremacy, the Chicano Movement, etc. fade away due to societal pressure, is the day we can say racism still exists but it is irrelevant.
We still have a long way to go. -

Whether this is real or not, if it was white on black it would be national news. Which is what really pisses me off about race. Rodney King, a piece of shit, gets beat by cops and people riot and it is national news. Yet 2 white teens get raped, chopped up, and mutilated by some blacks in Tenessee and it made some news for about a week and then disappeared. There is a black president...that means no need for NAACP, no need for black scholarships, no need for black caucas, black student union, etc. Why do people say, is Freeman (I think I read it here) the next great black quarterback? Why can't he just be a good quarterback who gives a shit what color he is. Edit to add: if McCain had went to a church that preached hate against blacks he wouldn't have even gotten into the primaries.
