Anyone want to start a posse and teach philadelphia fans a lesson?

I think that was awesome. Visiting "fans" , aka front runners, deserve everything they get.

Magnificent. I tip my hat to the Eagle fans.

Apparently Curly J knows some history:

Lol, so fans of the visiting team have no right to enjoy the game at the stadium without being pelted with snowballs? That's fucking rich. Or retarded. Actually, both. It's one thing to get shit from the fans (I've been to Cleveland twice for Jets games and got plenty of shit for it) getting pelted with snowballs is a bit much.

    No........it's a bit light.

But have I told you lately what a good job you do running this site?

    The Jets...............Pah!

And where do you live?...........nuff said! :D

Remember fson?..............I liked him. <----one of the few who did.

I'm with Sage and S&L. They are just snow balls. I'd think it was funny. As long as it happened towards the end of the game we were getting our ass kicked in. That'd be a hell of a story. And if I can't handle a snow ball, then I probably shouldn't be at the game anyways.

The fist thing is different...I said in my first post they shouldn't be physically hurt (i.e. punching)....please don't compare snowballs to fists.

"pelted" lol no you're talking about the batteries...I'm talking about snowballs..you don't get pelted with snowballs, or else 5 year old kids would stop having snowball fights.

Justin, you from the east coast? Where does your allegiance to the Jets stem from? Just curious.

A snowball fight is one thing. Getting bombarded by snowballs at a game you paid however many hundreds of dollars to go see is another.

I think it is quite clear that I am a bandwagon fan. Everyone wants to be a Jets fan. :)

Actually, I was a big fan of Curtis Martin in college for some reason but could never find myself rooting for the Patriots. The day he went to NY I became a fan. I don't know why I liked Martin so much because I wasn't a Pitt fan.

That shit would get annoying quick. And to say they deserved it is retarded beyond belief. Does this only apply to NFL or if you are a cavs fan going up to Detroit to watch a game do you deserve beer spilled on you??

Doesn't matter. If I ran up to a guy on the street and threw a snowball in his face would that be okay?

Why would you walk up to someone in the street and throw a snowball at him/her?

Besides the costs, this is why I will never go to a professional sports game. The fans act like fucking idiotic children.

Only if it was in Brown's territory and the guy was wearing Steeler's gear................or Jets............or anybody but "The Home Team"!! :D

I wonder how long it will be until an NFL team is sued for not providing adequate security by some visiting fans for being harassed by the home fans.

When you're asking for it, yes it's just a snowball. WHen you're walking down the street, no.

Yes, that would be a good frivolous law suit.

"Your honor, I was dressed in my non-home town team jersey and was pelted by snowballs during the game. This also happened prior to the game as I was using my first amendment right not to stand for the National Anthem."

Joe Frazier, one of the 5 greatest heavyweights of all-time, grew up and trained in Philadelphia. Yet their sports monument is a statue of some fictional boxer played by a mumbling Italian guy from New York.

You won't find a stupider collection of fans anywhere.
