Found in an attic, some over 100 years old.

We saw some pretty cool old ones up at the HoF in Cooperstown. These ones sound awesome!

That's crazy. Maybe someday my 1980s cards will be worth something. Then again, probably not.

I don't love baseball cards, but that would be awesome.

    Interesting article, thanks for sharing.

I hope all works out for the best, these cards are an almost irreplaceable part of American history.

Almost as cool as my 3 Billy Ripken Fuck Face cards.

Its cool they were found in Ohio too!

Justin- I don't remember when you said you were heading up to Cooperstown (maybe for Lark's induction?) but they have a very cool area of old cards. The comment about Wagner pulling his cards b/c of being tied to tobacco is correct according to the display.

Unfortunately, due to the saturation of cards during that decade, you're prolly right. :(

Yeah, next weekend. I'll have to look for that section of the museum.

Justin, I have been to Cooperstown and for any baseball fan the trip is absolutely amazing.

A culinary trip you have to make while there is to a BBQ place named Brooks BBQ in Oneonta (about 15-20 minute drive outside of Cooperstown).

You will NOT regret it, amazing BBQ.

I think that is how it goes, that is what I had heard too. I cannot remember if it was because he was anti tobacco or because they didnt pay him for the rights to put his card in a pack of smokes.

They say this one they found is in pristine condition, the only one known to man.

Now let the money squabbling begin in the family.

The Hench family is evenly dividing the cards and the money among the 20 cousins named in their aunt's will. All but a few have decided to sell their share.
Lol, it sounds simple enough, but I bet you are right. The money should be easy enough to split, but how do you decide who gets the cards they want if they want cards?
