Least favorite place to drive?

  • KR1245
    San Francisco and LA

San Francisco is confusing, way too many one-way streets
LA traffic was the worst shit I have ever been stuck in, I will never go back to that city

Agreed, LA is fucking horrible to drive through.

Do not miss that kitty litter box of a city one bit.
I loved living there; Scottsdale/Tempe is awesome but traffic during rush hour was awful. One semester I had class in the morning a break during the day, would take me 45 minutes to get there and 15 to get home. And yeah people move there like crazy, it was about 6 months before I actually met someone from the area.

I'd move to Flagstaff, that place rules. The valley sucks the life out of you.

    Mountains. Chicago.

23 between Cols and Toledo and Toledo in general.

    Toledo-Columbus drive is boring.

I agree with Chicago. Drove through it once. Hate the freakin tolls every few miles.

I do like the mountains though. Drove through the Rockies and the Smokies.

...Yesterday went on Rt 11 out of Youngstown to Ashtabula to spend the day at Lake Erie. Dammmmmmmmmmmmmm, that is one boring stretch of road!

Seems like NW Ohio is all-around boring. Columbus to Toledo and north of Dayton up to Bowling Green on I75.

Use to date a girl that went to BGSU while I was still living in Dayton. Such a miserable feeling knowing I had to make that drive, then spend the weekend in BG.

Any place where there is an indian, a black chick, or a chinese family.

Straight through my stomping grounds! It really is bad, though. Luckily there's never any cops and you can just gas it.

Dallas. Those boys take their driving REAL personal. :D

Any road with 4 lanes. I developed a weird phobia of driving on 4-lane highways about 10 years ago. I have no idea why.

Also, I can drive in the rain and I can drive in the dark, but if it's raining at night, something about the light reflections kills my eyes. It's almost unbearable.

Driving between Columbus and Dayton on 70 is pretty bad. It's boring and they almost always are tearing up at least a 5-10 mile stretch of it at any given time.

Also, 315/270 is a pain in the ass everyday

Nelsonville is bad.....Wellston is right on it...mix in the fact that it's Wellston and it wins.

As for small cities that are the worst to get through....been through Nelsonville several times, Wellston 100 times....but neither is anywhere close to Hillsboro.

Reps. The first 25 miles north of 270 on 23 suck balls.

And the 45 miles south of 270 on 23 sucks balls to. It's 4 lane but it's crammed with fuckers going the same speed in the passing lane as the car they are attempting to pass.

I don't mind driving anywhere as long as we are moving. There are idiot drivers everywhere so I know I'm going to deal with them wherever I am. The one thing I hate is heavy traffic. I hate sitting still.

+1, I'm the exact same way.

Same as the north until it goes 65 past delawere
  • Speedofsand
up north, like in ohio. all the roads are bumpy as hell.
also getting stuck in a traffic jam on the interstate sucks, but I always check carefully when making trips on I4 & I95

Dallas by far. On the plus side, recently drove through Eastern Texas and speed limit was 75, it was great.
