Those are the only sports that are at all important to me.

2. College Basketball (friends and I pretty much party through the season during Bucks games...and go crazy during the first weekend of the NCAA tournament).

3. NFL (gives me a reason to care about stuff after the Pirates generally get eliminated from everything in July/Aug...and I feel less of a sense of futility during this season)

4. College Football (the last of the "really care about all the time" sports...NCAA politics hurts it compared to the other three, though)

5. NHL (with 16 teams in the playoffs, it can be hard for me to care too much about what's going on during the regular season, but this is my favorite postseason of any pro sport...second to college basketball...by a good distance)

6. Other (for me, this is MMA and boxing more than anything else; final day of HUGE golf events like the Masters and the Indy 500 also fit in, but I couldn't bear watching golf and racing extensively)

7. NBA (blah, but I will watch it if nothing else is on, so that counts for something!)

8. Soccer (just haven't been able to get into it for the most part...World Cup stuff is cool, but MLS or Euro leagues just don't inspire me to tune in).

I love the NBA as a whole better than the NFL but I like the Browns the most of anything, including friends and family.
