[h=2]Father beats man to death; sheriff says dad reacted to his daughter, 4, being sexually assaulted[/h]
A father caught a man molesting his 4-year-old daughter and beat him to death Saturday, the Lavaca County sheriff said.

Harmon said the case remains under investigation. He said he did not know what charges, if any, would be filed.
The Gonzales man's body was taken to Travis County for an autopsy. He was declared dead at the scene by Alene Lyons, the justice of the peace, Precinct 4, in Lavaca County.

Was not arrested and may not even be charged. Looks like the police probably go this one right. Besides, crime of passion I wouldn't convict the guy, especially since the victim got what he deserved.

hopefully he's not charged with anything

I'd have a hard time sending him to prison if I were sitting on the jury.

My first thought was to put me on that jury so justice would be served and he could go home to his family.

He had no right to kill a man.

    LOL. Therrrrrre it is!

On a serious note though, if someone had killed him in prison...they would have had time tacked on to their sentence, no questions asked.
