Favorite Hip-Hop/Rap Group
-
Early CuylerWhat say you? There have been several good groups out there that most have heard of (Wu-Tang Clan, A Tribe Called Quest) and some newer groups you probably don't know, well at least if you live under a rock, like Black Hippie and Odd Future.
My personal favorites:

Fitting video especially with the now popular Pusha T vs. Lil Wayne/Drake beef. Pharrell's opening verse puts Wayne in his place. -

SnotBubblesStill a big Bone Thugz fan, even though they haven't had much success since the late 90's. I liked Westside Connection too.

GOONx19Tribe. And GOOD Music, circa fall 2010. I'm actually a real big fan of Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, too.

Good call on Slaughterhouse. Not sure how I forgot them.
Also agree with you about Young Money getting embarrassed by Pusha T and company. -
Early Cuyler
Agreed. The only people who think YMCMB would embarrass G.O.O.D. Music are either a.) under the age of 17 or b.) retarded.Hb31187;1182142 wrote:Pusha T and all of good music would absolutely embarrass YMCM, hope they do too -
j_crazyDrake is great. The mixtape shit he used to put out was awesome. The rest of ymcmb is retarded. I liked that group that sang "its bigger than hip hop" I think it was dead prez but I'm not sure. Been a long time since I was that devoted to music to remember the artists.
