    As someone who has been inside the Sistine Chapel, I'd recommend taking in that beautiful website 360 degree photo and not wasting your time actually going there if you are in Rome. It isn't even the most breathtaking building in Vatican City, that distinction belongs to St. Peter's Basilica. If it's part of the admission price, sure go see the Sistine Chapel, but it is honestly one of those things that just doesn't impress in person (probably because it's the size of a small gradeschool gymnasium).

    You know a lot about him. Life’s work, political aspirations, him and the pope, sexual orientation, the whole works, right? But, I bet you can’t tell me what it smells like in the Sistine Chapel. You’ve never actually stood there and looked up at that beautiful ceiling. Seen that.
