  4bill here, 3bill there, etc it all adds up. There is not one area in particular that is causing the deficit.

  True. This is an interesting case where the IRS doesn't do anything because even if they can track these people down, they won't collect. And you deport them instead of throwing them in jail. Ends up just costing you more money.
  
  Although you'd think their computer could kick out this sort of fraud. Then it's also an argument for limiting the child care credits....2 or 3 I can understand, but 5+? And nieces and nephews should be pretty much off limits, maybe 1 if you aren't already claiming 3 child dependents.
