I disagree. I'd be interested to know the % of warnings that never even produce a funnel in the sky, let alone one on the ground. I bet it's high. The gap has narrowed so much between what a watch and warning is.
The problem with that is people seem to be taking warnings less seriously with each one that passes by with merely a rumble of thunder.
