I agree. But I will say this I did love fighting next to 3/5 in Iraq and Afghan. But this shit just gives us as a whole a black eye.

The dude in the black shirt may in fact be the devil, someone should have knocked him out because damn that was annoying.

None of those guys look like they have worked out a day in their life. Lots of soft tissue on our fighting me.

None of them know how to fight.
Yeah but watching it made your tissue get hard I'm sure.

And then leave the ship to see combat some never coming back while you hang out "working" on your safe haven.

Some are clueless mofo :) I'm Army but I understand the valuable contribution the other branches of the Military provide to the overall well being of all the troops. There are jobs to do and commitment to be made by individuals that within itself is honorable and should be respected. Sure the on the ground soldier duties are dangerous, difficult and stressful however others that serve in the military also provide skilled position that supports the efforts
Respect the commitment, dedication and duty ……. Those are things many can’t do and have done

First I respect you more than any poster on here and am thankful to never had to go through what you did fresh out of highschool.

As someone who couldn't serve but have a brother and uncle currently serving I get tired of seeing our resident Navy people shitting on the Marines. My uncle is an F18 pilot but spent his last tour on the ground at Camp Leatherneck, everyday there were multiple boots lined up, everyday someone under 21 wasnt coming home. They were doing more than eating and lifting when they left their water taxi. So excuse me while I say STFU to the skirt on the boat.

I never asked for the title to be changed. For one if you were ever in the Navy like I am then you would understand what happens and what goes on. So STFU.

Oh yeah we are so shitting on the Marines. The point is it's not their ship. They don't maintain it and they certainly don't do damage control. It's the same if we were to go with them in tanks and say these are Navy tanks. Nobody is discrediting anything the Marines do. I just think you got your underwear in a bunch.

It's in every thread, surprised you guys haven't got Tiger involved yet, he only lost a leg while you were sailing to your next port.

Ok, sweet tits. The whole title change thing was a sarcastic joke, which you apparently missed; but it was because of your snippy comment.

Secondly, your condescending workout comment deserved his rebuttal. If you can't see that then you're clueless.

I'm sure this is plenty of "crabs" all over the Navy ship.

Maybe when you step onto a ship and see that is what happens then you can make a comment. I'm definitely not clueless. I just take pride in my ship that we take care of. Just like Marines take pride in what they do as they should.

Ok, let's break it down then.

You're statement was that ALL marines do when they get on a ship was eat, work out, and fight each other. Based on that, if marines do ANYTHING else at all while on a ship then your comment is not the truth.

Additionally, my only comment regarding that was that it deserved his rebuttal. The reason being is that it was disrespectful (which I only implied) and that if you didnt get that then you are clueless.

Was it not disrespectful?

How is it disrespectful when it's true that is all the do when they are on a ship? So again you step a foot on a ship and tell me they do anything different. They are ship riders that is it.

So again, if they do anything else at all then your post is untrue. Could you maybe be exaggerating? Remember, I'm not the one who shot back at you about the comment.
