    I'd consider checking out the place on a busy weekend before moving there. May find out the permanent residents are loud and obnoxious.
    My spot is separated frome the weekend renters, and is in a very quiet place. I've had the camper for two years, so I've been down there every crowded weekend(Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day are the big ones), and that's when it's the most fun.

    My mom had her camper parked at a campground for many years but would only stay there on the weekends during the summer. Hope this helps.

    A good friend has a permanent spot there as well. It's not bad, but I don't know about being there full time.
