  Why just waterways? Why not anywhere? Littering in general pisses me off. And nothing pisses me off more than the self-righteous pricks that smoke their **** and toss them wherever they damn well please. Granted it's a small contribution to a much bigger picture, but just imagine if everyone in the entire world smoked **** and tossed their butts anywhere they damn well pleased. This place would be a walking pigsty.
