    They are purposely sending a message to the black people of Youngstown that it's ok to kill each other with little to no repercussion.

    It is a reaction to the city's realization that Affirmative Action is not working.

    Well Gains barely won only after he smeared Jay Macejko trying to get people believing he was a racist.

    Not sure if you read the article or not but he wasn't convicted of murder. He plead to reckless homicide, hence the light sentence.

    So 3 murders=6 years is a false title.
