Kalahari

Just came back from an overnight trip. Wasn't all that impressed for the price that we paid. The quality of the rooms were terrible. All our beds were sunk in and it wasn't all that clean. We did get an upgrade to a suite after the room we booked and was taken to by the bell hop stuck terribly like cigarettes. My brother and his friend had fun in the water park so I guess that's all that counts. I was excited to go to get away since I just got back from deployment but I would definitely not recommend staying here. Anyone else actually have a good or bad experience here?

The one in Sandusky? Should have informed me, I would have brought tons of alcohol, hookers, and cocaine.

I've never actually stayed in a room there, but I've been to the water park a couple of times. It's ok.

Kahunaville, the main restaurant inside is ok as well, but the entire place is pretty overpriced.

They're adding a lot more to the place and it's going to be twice as big from I hear. Crazy.

I've never had a bad experience there but I haven't been in a few years so it may have changed. I have also never actually paid for a room so I really can't judge the value. The bar can be fun but it also gets crowded and the bartenders are always slow when I am there. Still, the waterpark and Kahunaville are a good time, IMO.
