    Brackets are released: http://www.uscho.com/ncaa/mens-division-i-ncaa-tournament/

Looks like Miami has a pretty favorable draw for not being the highest seed in a region. The midwest region seems to be the toughest.

Sioux didn't get a good draw. The rule needs to be changed about the hosting team getting to stay at home no matter what.

I believe the West Region is the toughest.

North Dakota WCHA Final Five Champs
    Minnesota WCHA Champs
    Western Michigan CCHA Tourney Champs
BU might be the weakest team in this region but are very very capable of making the Frozen Four.

Not really familiar with the rule.

If you are a team of a hosting site for the regionals and you make the tournament you get to stay at home. In the final rankings Minnesota finished 8 in the pairwise rankings. Which means they are the lowest 2 seed and should be in the Boston College bracket who is the #1 seed overall. But since they are the host of regionals they will get home ice.

Speaking hockey....one of my favorite jokes-

Why was the leprosy hockey game called?

    A face-off in the corner.

Decent draw for Michigan. Most of the top teams on the opposite side of the bracket.

Of course my two alma maters face off in round one. I'll be rooting for the Gophers but as long as North Dakota doesn't win the regional, I'll be happy :)

Anyone in any bracket contests? I am in one at work and have been for the past 5 years. Today we were thinking(jokingly) that we might be the only contest in America. Haha. Havent followed college hockey at all this season but the contest gets me to watch the tournament.

IMO college hockey is incredible. I've got Ferris State, Miami OH, Minnesota and Minnesota-Duluth in the Frozen Four

I watch this and the Bean Pot when it comes to College Hockey.

I hope the NCAA gets out of their deal with ESPN to show this. They've relegated it to nothing, half the games are on ESPN3, and the other half are on ESPNU. Not happy about that.

No because the Frozen Four is on ESPN2 and I know the championship is on ESPN. It's also one of the few times I get to hear Melrose, Thorne and Clement. I'm excited to watch it

Championship is on ESPN2. One of the two semifinals is on ESPNU, the other on ESPN2.

Just in case you didn't see. FSN has picked up the Semifinals for the West Regional.
