  1. BS in Business Admin - marketing and logistics specializations.
  2. No (took 6 months for me to accept a position).
  3. Not really great pay. Great benefits though, definitely could have been worse. Turned down an offer that would have paid >$6k more annually 2 months before I ended up accepting the job I took.
  
  I don't think the salary is all that important in an entry level job. Growth and advancement potential are much more important in my personal opinion.

  Graduated in 2000 and had a well paying job lined up 6 months prior to graduation.

  B.S. in Sports Administration, St. Thomas University.................Miami, Florida. No and No. The entry level jobs in this dont pay and you will be working excessive hrs. Ive never had a job in this field since Interning with the USA Today Newspaper covering Spring Training baseball in Florida.

  Started as a Pharmacy student... Interned and decided I hated it.
  
  Still work in Pharmacy, but I've switched majors.. Now majoring in Computer Science.
  
  Almost had a great job in San Fran but it fell through, sadly... Maybe next time?

  That's what I did. 4 years of undergrad and then a 1 year masters degree. Now I'm in my 3rd year at a Big 4, auditing a huge company. I'm not that big of a fan of it, but the pay is decent (when not in busy season).

  I have a B.S. in civil engineering and a law degree. Yes, they both helped me get an immediate job coming out of college. The economy is absolute crap right now for lawyers, so I had to be creative. I was hired on by a heavy highway construction company to work as a project manager/legal consultant. I'm working under professional engineers so I can continue to earn credit to eventually take my P.E. Exam, and they let me handle all the small legal claims against the company. They also let me open my own legal practice on the side. Pay is pretty good, but it's balanced out by my fairly large student loan debt

  My sister is an accoutanct for Johnson and Johnson. Made 65k her first year out of school, but doenst really love it. Her plan is to go till shes 30, save a boatload, and find a job that she likes a lot more.
  
  Though, knowing her, she will probably get a promotion and never leave.

  I started out in accounting. Basically its best to do your time at a big4 then roll into consulting or a corp accounting job. So many companies are set on process improvement and cost savings that really only your entry level guys do the mind numbing shit.

  BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences - Got a job the week before graduation in the medical device industry, but was low paying. Have worked my way up the ladder the last 7-8 years to better pay and more into management (finished MBA 3 years ago).

  My profession for the last 20 years (elevated concrete decks and beams) has paid me well from the day I entered this field. The best part of it is that I got paid to learn everthing that I know. With that said, I don't have many options beyond what I know and do well. My advice would be to get a degree in what you would enjoy doing and a get job even if it's not what you paid for or what you want to do for as along as it takes to reach you goal. In the long run you wil always have something to fall back on.

  BS Petroleum Engineering. Had a job 1 year before graduating. Made 110k at least for 5 years since.

  Master's in Public Policy: International Security and Economics from University of Maryland
  
  Yeah, without those degrees I would not have landed at my Think tank job at New America Foundation, which led me to my current defense contractor job.

  Took a much lower paying job ... two-year residency. During which I'll get my Masters in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and 5-8 years experience.
  
  After I should have no problem getting a mid-level manager position at a very large hospital.

  Graduating early in two weeks with a BS in Sport Management and minor in business from OU. Do not have a job right now but have a few leads though. The job I want isn't interviewing me until April and hiring in May/June.
