Yahoo comments section

  Did yahoo get rid of their comments section after the news articles? The comments were better than most of the news.. anyone else notice this today or is it just my crappy laptop im on today?

  I don't read news stories on yahoo, but I just checked and I can't find comments. At least not on this article:

  Actually, I do remember comments from reading sports articles on yahoo and it looks like they are still there.

  I think yahoo comments almost exclusively suck. There might be 1 or 2 good puns, and the rest is just idiocy. Not even trolling idiocy, just people who have no idea what they're talking about.

  Yahoo is inconsistent with their comments and have been for a few weeks. Some articles have them, others don't. My guess is they can't afford the employees to monitor every article so they pick and choose which articles allow comments.

  Sometimes if it's a sports article not written by Chris Chase, several comments still refer to Chris rather than what's in the article itself. :laugh:
